"I'm not #1...YOU are!" I grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota and am the oldest of seven children. I became a registered nurse and worked in critical care for 12 years. I enjoyed the fact that no 2 days were alike I had to think on my feet do problem solving each shift. I am not one who likes to be in the spotlight. I would rather be in the background and help you attain the goal of selling your home or finding you a new one. I don't sugar coat situations or information. I believe that sellers need to know what their home will realistically sell for in the current market. I will provide data from numerous resources to arrive at a marketable price. If selling now may not be in your best interest, I will tell you we can explore other options.

Coldwell Banker and I have been getting high marks from our home buying and selling customers in Minnesota and western Wisconsin since I joined the company in 1992. Professional Experience
I have the real estate knowledge, experience and commitment to ensure you have a stress free transaction. My professional career includes 12 years as a Registered Nurse in critical care and eight years of sales and management owning my own business. These professions have greatly strengthened my ability to counsel both buyers and sellers through a process that can sometimes be challenging and uncertain.
