After 25 years, I know Silicon Valley
I moved to Silicon Valley from Santa Barbara in the 1980s, and have never once regretted it. For over twenty years, I was a senior executive in high tech marketing; I negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, marketed over 50 high tech products, and took two companies public (CAER and MACR). I know the ins and outs of the Valley and feel great satisfaction in applying what I’ve learned to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Knowing the local micro markets While all the communities are often grouped under the term, “Silicon Valley,” each is quite unique. I know where the school district boundaries are, how nice the house that sold a block over really was, where to get the best cappuccino and more. This micro market knowledge has helped me become a top producer with the most successful Coldwell Banker brokerage in Silicon Valley – and has landed me in the top 1% of all of Northern California.
