Following a family tradition, Kim Rand started in the real estate business in 1986. She presently can be found at the Carnegie Hill office of the Corcoran Group at 1226 Madison Avenue. Kim's strong concentration of the sales of family-sized homes on the upper Eastside of Manhattan has been the hallmark of Kim's success. The process of qualifying an applicant for a building, coupled with the detailed preparation of Old World Classics on Fifth Avenue overlooking Central Park, to large contemporary multi level units with views of the East River and Central Park. Kim represents re-sales in the Exclusive Empire Condominium, located at 188 East 78th Street. She has a proven track record of expertise of sales and extensive knowledge of the premiere condominiums of Manhattan. Throughout her career she has won many sales and listing awards.
