Hi, I’m Kathy Rohsenberger. For over 20 years I’ve served clients and friends who want to buy or sell real estate with someone they can trust to be knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
I specialize in Luxury, Historic and Unique properties. I myself live in a barn! The housing market in Chattanooga, Cleveland and the surrounding areas of beautiful Southeast Tennessee is always changing and, thankfully, expanding. Trust my 21 years of real estate experience and prior experience in Marketing and Customer Service to benefit you whether you are a Buyer or Seller. I love to serve the community I sell! I am a Board Member of Mainstreet Cleveland, which seeks to promote a thriving downtown. I also am on the board of the Museum and Cultural Center which tells the rich history of our area. Additionally, for 15 years, my husband and I have chaired an annual fund-raiser “Grape Escape” a wine dinner and auction, bringing together great food, great friends and great wine…three of my favorite things!
