A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in communications and public relations, Kathy honed her business skills working in search engine optimization, in banking and as an executive secretary at Osmond Studios, a fun fact that delights many a fan. She earned her real estate license in 2015 and joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2016, quickly amassing myriad accolades. She is a top-10 ranking Coldwell Banker® agent in Utah and has earned the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle distinction. Kathy is a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRES), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RNE) certification.

A powerhouse businesswoman, Kathy radiates equal parts confidence and charm. Having worked alongside her husband in residential construction, she not only knows a good home when she sees it – she can grab a chop saw and build one as well! From mobile escrow officers and inspectors to stagers and landscapers, they handle every property detail so she can concentrate on her clients' every need.

While it's hard to imagine that she has any spare time, Kathy demonstrates her commitment to God and doing good in the numerous community service projects where she lends her talents. She currently serves the Utah Valley Hospital as a faith representative and is a member of the International Society Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She has been a member of the public relations board of the American Red Cross and a liaison for international dignitaries during the Utah 2002 Winter Olympics. Kathy has a green thumb and a green house where she grows fresh veggies to fuel her fitness goal of running a 5K race every year until she's 80 years young.
