A licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury since 1998, Kathy holds the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, considered by many industry professionals to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to real estate agents. Kathy also holds a Certified Negotiator (CN) designation.
Kathy says, "Clients depend on us to help them make informed decisions in a very competitive market. It is incumbent upon us to raise our level of knowledge to meet the standards they expect. It's a pleasure to be associated with a company that fosters the goals I set for myself."
Kathy has found that her prior years as a design professional give her a unique ability to understand her clients' needs. "My clients are often surprised at how quickly I can locate a home for them. I've learned how to ask key questions and I am used to working within budgetary requirements. If I am listing a home for sale, my clients understand the impact of that first impression when a buyer walks through their door."
Kathy stresses the importance of ongoing education and is committed to ethics and professionalism in her transactions. "At the end of the day," Kathy says, "my clients need to know that I've guided them through a well structured negotiation."
Kathy makes her home in Ladera Ranch and specializes in surrounding Orange County areas.
