Kathie Robidou is a Principal Broker and was the proud Owner of Coldwell Banker Advantage One Properties for 11 and a half years until she sold the franchise July 1st of 2019 so she could devote more time to her clients. Kathie worked 22 years previously at another Coldwell Banker franchise here that closed down in November of 2007 where she was a top production agent for over a decade. Kathie’s list of accomplishments are many! In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she also holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), and ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). Kathie is also a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist through Coldwell Banker University, a several year running member of Coldwell Banker's Presidential Elite Club, and an annual Multi-Million Dollar Producer! She has been a member of the Million Dollar Club of Eugene since 1987 and her sales have consistently put her in the top 5% of agents in Lane County! A lifelong resident of Eugene (since she was 9 months old), Kathie loves and is very familiar with our area and the quality of life offered here. Kathie is married to her high school sweetheart John, has 3 married and grown children and 8 grandchildren! A great granddaughter was welcomed into the family almost 2 years ago! Kathie is very active in her church and supports community programs such as Food for Lane County, Habitat for Humanity, Northwest Christian University scholarship events and local youth programs. Kathie loves going to the coast where her grandmother lived for well over 60 years and she loves walking on the beach and watching the ocean waves with her husband John and their two Yorkies "Lexi and Luci." She enjoys golfing and going to the mountains and Sunriver. She also loves to shop!
