In a changing marketplace, experience counts. For over three decades, Karen has marketed and sold properties, through up markets and down, through buyers' markets and sellers', through expansion and recession. She has seen it all. Her experience in local markets is extensive. Los Angeles has many suburban areas within the City of Los Angeles. Areas from Malibu to Hermosa Beach, locations West of the 405 Freeway, areas East of the 405 to Downtown Los Angeles, the upscale locations of the San Fernando Valley and beautiful locations in Ventura County including Simi Valley, Westlake Village and Lake Sherwood. Each specific area has its own rhythm and culture and to know the nuances of these locations is critical to serving her clientele. Karen knows there is no perfect market. The important thing is to be able to work with each client to understand their requirements and how they can be achieved given the current economic conditions. For her, that means following market trends, knowing financing options, negotiating strategically on her clients' behalf, to know the market inventory, both active properties for sale and quiet (pocket listings) properties on the market for sale in the area her clients wishes to market the sale of their property or purchase a new home. While serving as branch manager for major real estate companies, she has guided agents toward successful transactions and has consistently achieved award-winning top producer status for her dynamic sales approach. Karen has sold and managed over 1 billion dollars in real estate transactions throughout her career in real estate.
