Before working in real estate, Joe enjoyed a successful career as a producer in the photography industry in New York City. Through his keen attention to detail and follow through, he delivered award-winning work for notable brands including Apple, HBO, and L'Oréal.

In his free time, Joe enjoys volunteering, surfing, cooking, photography, ice hockey, and golf. He has served on the board of the Friend of Italy Society of Hawai'i, and is currently on the board of the Cialoha Group which organizes the Festa Italiana street festival in Kaka'ako. Joe lives in Nu'uanu with his Honolulu-born wife Naomi and their two-year-old son Hudson.
