A veteran in the real estate business, Joanne has seen many changes and worked through many challenging markets. She notes the innovative resources provided by Coldwell Banker continue to evolve as the business demands, and they provide a solid foundation for agents ,both experienced and new. It is the Coldwell Banker unending focus on client service, the resilience and adaptability of agents as they serve the public, and the ability to make a positive difference daily that motivates her.
In her current role as Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas, Joanne is focused on providing education, guidance, and resources to managers and agents statewide in order to deliver superior service to clients. Joanne holds the CRB and C2EX designations.
Active within the industry on local ,state and national levels, Justice earned the prestigious Omega Tau Rho in 1988, was named Realtor Emeritus in 2011, and currently serves on the Risk Management Committee at NAR and Risk Reduction and Legal Review at Texas Realtors. Currently an NAR Director, Joanne was appointed by the Texas Governor to serve on the Texas Real Estate Commission from 2009-2016. Most recently she was honored by the Texas Association of Realtors as 2022 Realtor of the Year.
