Jennifer & Jeannie . . .
After graduating from Columbia College with a BS in Business Administration, Jennifer obtained her license and began her real estate career in 1995. She was named St Charles REALTORS' 2006 & 2017 REALTOR of the Year, as well as Missouri REALTORS' 2018 REALTOR Salesperson of the Year. In 2015, Jennifer was honored to be the first recipient of Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker Hwy 94's Service Award which recognized her for her continued service to her clients, fellow agents, the real estate industry and charitable organizations.
Licensed in 1992, Jeannie was Gundaker's Rookie of the Year in her first full year of selling real estate. In 2014, Jeannie joined an elite group of associates within her company when she became a member of Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker's Hall of Fame.
Experience
Their experience in real estate is well-rounded, including Residential Broker Sales & Sales Associates with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. Jennifer also has experience in new construction from her time with The Jones Company and Arbor Homes, as well as a real estate educator as a past office trainer, assistant branch manager and branch manager with Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker.
Designations
With years of experience and success, Jennifer & Jeannie are both Certified Relocation Specialists with ongoing training focused on marketing & sales for listing homes of clients relocating out of the area, as well as assisting clients relocating to our area in buying or renting. They work with the client's third-party relocation company, various affinity groups and Broker-to-Broker referrals with other agents.
Jennifer also holds a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from NAR that teaches REALTORS to work with distressed sellers and is SMART Home Certified from Coldwell Banker Realty and trained to recognize SMART technology features that enhance a home's performance.
Having obtained these designations allow them to better assist their clients.
