As a native Californian, I moved to San Diego from the Bay Area in 2011. Starting in Mission Hills, I then moved west to La Jolla, making Bird Rock my home, 2 blocks from the ocean. My passion for real estate developed from purchasing my 1 st home in Hawaii, on Maui, also 2 blocks from the ocean.
I'd say I love life by the sea. They call us mermaids.

As a former Art Director and Graphic Designer, I have talented skills to prepare your home beautifully for sale. Using digital marketing, I saturate cyberspace leaving no stone unturned, to promote the sale of your home. I act as a liaison between lenders, sellers, buyers, escrow and title, and oversee every single step of the transaction, from start to finish.
I have successfully sold millions of dollars worth in real estate throughout my career - working with all different types of clients, from first time home buyers to high-net worth individuals. Because of my tremendous attention to detail and knowledge of the market,----- people are trusting me. I have attained the designation of Luxury Property Specialist and at one point became 8 th place in sales volume out of 1,000 Coldwell Banker agents in San Diego County.
My concierge approach to handling client needs and my fun sense of humor, makes each transaction an enjoyable experience. In addition to La Jolla, I have extensive familiarity all throughout San Diego County, with a special passion for the coastal communities.

For over 10 years I have volunteered through the San Diego Natural History Museum, as a docent on whale watching boats. Helping homeless Veterans at the annual Stand Down, is a way I give back.
I got a soft spot in my heart for our Vets. ------For fun I play racket sports, Yacht race, travel and swim in the ocean during the summer. I also enjoy oil painting and continually develop my skills as an artist.
