Born and raised in Palm Springs, James has witnessed the growth and revival of the beautiful Coachella Valley making Palm Springs one of the most sought after destinations. He has been in the Real Estate business for around ten years and specializes in the Palm Springs area. James prides himself on his relationships with his clients and to ensure they have the best experience possible. James not only brings an outgoing, fun-loving personality to the table, but also a wealth of knowledge of the current market and trends.
James' background in the Coachella Valley stems from his family's jewelry business which has served the Palm Springs area for over 50+ years. It is from this experience that James is deeply connected to the Palm Springs community and he has built his network through a lifetime of connections. James graduated from Palm Springs High School in 2004, and received his B.A. in Business Management from California State University San Marcos in 2010. James' previous work experience includes an extensive knowledge of the jewelry industry and he holds certifications from The Gemological Institute of America in Diamonds, Pearls, and Colored Gemstones. James also has a technological background developing both technical and customer service skills while working for Microsoft.
Another strength James possesses is his experience with not only helping clients buy and sell investment properties but he previously owned and operated his very own successful vacation rental property in Palm Springs. The chic Mid-Century property was located in the historic neighborhood of Deepwell and grossed over $130,000 in rental income in one year alone. James owned, managed and operated this income property on his own and gained vast experience and knowledge for the vacation rental industry through his success.
James enjoys spending time with his family including his French bulldog, Ari. He is also active in his community, and serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization known as "Boo 2 Bullying." This organization seeks to eradicate bullying, intolerance and discrimination and help educate students and parents on how to deal with certain behaviors. James is always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in need, especially his clients.
