About me
I have been working as a Real Estate agent/Broker associate in Florida since 2005 and buying and selling homes since 1992.My husband is currently retired from the Navy after 30 years of service. With his career we have had to move quite frequently so I know the process of finding a home and all that comes with that. With the experiences that we have had everywhere we have lived, we have come to love the Bay county area and are now permanently calling Panama City Home!We truly love the people here and the feeling of always being on vacation. With the beaches, warm weather and lots of fishing we knew this was the place we wanted to be!
I always continue to educate myself with professional knowledge and have worked to receive my brokerrsquo;s license, Graduated Realtor Institute qualification (GRI), Florida Military Specialist Certification, At Home with Diversity(AHWD) and my Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) in 2016, Accredited Buyers Representative and Military Relocation Professional in 2022. Our experience in the home buying purchase was akin to a air flight with turbulence and as I understand it, some turbulence is actually expected. No matter the situation, Ida, like any good pilot let us know her expert opinion and that she would land us safely at the closing table... AND SHE DID! My husband often works out of the area and during the transaction process he was in Italy from the time of contract to just before closing. Ida went out of her way to ensure he was kept in the loop and understood everything that was going on... no matter the time of the day she was fully attentive even though there were time zone differences. This spoke volumes of her character and willingness to service her customers/clients instead of being there just to collect a commission check.
