S ince 1983, Henrik and Ghislaine have sold residential real estate from the Inner Loop to the Memorial, Spring Branch, Briar Forest areas, as well as Katy, Kingwood and the Woodlands. They specialize in corporate relocation, and are certified by Cartus, Brookfield, Weichert and Sirva Relocation companies. They speak fluent French, Spanish, and Danish.
B orn in Denmark, Henrik became an American citizen in 1986. He has been a real estate Broker since 1985 and has over 28 years of experience in residential sales and property investments. Born in Nice, France, Ghislaine lived in Paris for many years where she studied law and Spanish until moving to Houston in 1981 Ghislaine and Henrik can assist French, Scandinavian and Spanish speaking clients.
T he Thomsens are dedicated to excellence. Understanding the importance of knowledge, they stay on top of the market, tracking the trends and flows of real estate and seek to broaden their base with continuous education and training. In 2007, Henrik and Ghislaine became CRS , Certified Residential Specialist, a prestigious designation only earned by 4% of all U.S.Realtors and in 2008, they both earned their C.I.P.S. designation , Certified International Property Specialists.

Their determination and integrity from start to finish are only matched by their fun and outgoing personalities, making buying or selling a house an enjoyable experience for each client.
T he Thomsens enjoy giving back to the community. The parents of three girls, Henrik and Ghislaine have been involved for over 15 years in various schools and parent teacher organizations in the Houston ISD and Spring Branch ISD. They are active members and sponsors of Houston Accueil, an organization assisting French speaking expatriates; they are members of the Danish American Chamber of Commerce, the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, the Danish Club of Houston, and the French American Chamber. Ghislaine is President of the Houston-Nice Sister City Association and is an active member of the Sister Cities of Houston Association.
I n their spare time, they enjoy raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Association and for Breast Cancer research by participating in various MS bicycle rides and breast cancer bicycle rides. Ghislaine and Henrik take pleasure in traveling, skiing and having quality time with their children .
