Carl holds the top national designation Certified Residential Broker and ranks in the top ½ % nationally with over 35 years of family relocation experience. He is active in many local youth and community organizations and has been consistently recognized as a leader in business, education and community involvement and support.Ali Zinn- Ali has helped Carl in real estate since 1972 as well as working as a RN. Her primary job however has always been being “Mom” to their three sons - Gus, Max and Hans. Ali earned her BS in Nursing at the University of Minnesota where she met Carl. She received her real estate license in 1995 and joined Carl on a full time basis. Ali is expert in staging homes. She works with every seller to be certain their home shows well to prospective buyers.Hans Zinn - Hans came into the real estate business right out of the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. Hans graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1997. Hans spent summers during high school and college coaching local youth at the Lake Minnetonka Sailing School. His new passion is helping you buy or sell your home.Max Zinn - Max has been a licensed Realtor for over ten years. Max graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1994 and the University of St. Thomas in 1998, and he also earned his CPA designation. Max’s background in finance and his knowledge of the Twin Cities area makes him uniquely qualified in helping you with all of your real estate needs.
