01/18/2015 - Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.375M in Westport, CT. Darlene assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our first home in Westport, CT. Living out-of-state at the time, having someone experienced with an intimate understanding of the local market was crucial to us due to our limited understanding at the time. Since it is an older home that we found, she even uncovered some information that would only have come up later during my attorney's municipal search. She responded promptly to calls and e-mails and was able to negotiate a price for us that the seller had rejected from previous homebuyers. While we were pleased with Darlene, these aren't just "we like her" 5-star endorsements. She earned each of them. We remain delighted with both the home we purchased and the street/neighborhood we purchased into.

She was very patient with us as first time buyers and new to the area, and had a great perspective on pros and cons of different properties. 11/25/2014 - Duckbroce Bought a home in 1989. My wife and I cold called Darlene from our home in Cape Cod about 15 years ago. We ask if she would help us find a home in the Westport area. Darlene sent us maps of towns and marked the homes for sale in our price range. We made a trip down and spent about 4 day looking at homes she had made appointments with. We found the exact home we were looking for, made an offer, and moved. How easy was that? Thanks to Darlene. When we decided to move to Florida we called Darlene, she sold our home at the price we wanted. Years later we decided to move back to Conn. And once again we call Darlene.

Once she knows you she'll find you the perfect house eliminating the houses that just won't work for you. Darlene will also give you the best advice about selling your home falling on her many years of experience to market your house at the right time and more importantly the right price. Love her!
