Daphne Cawley is a fifth generation native to the Eastern Shore of MD and brings with her many years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, marketing, and management. Daphne strives to provide her buyers and sellers with the highest quality of service by being dedicated, committed, and offering extreme professionalism. Her negotiating skills are off the charts. Making deals happen is a key success to both buyers and sellers!
Daphne is a Past President, for Mid Shore Board of Realtors. Daphne attended the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing. Along with having her Associates Degree in real estate she is also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a Graduate of the MD Leadership Academy. She has also received many top producers awards throughout her real estate profession.
Daphne's community experiences includes involvement with the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors where she serves as a member of the Policy and Procedures Committee. She serves on the MD state conference Committee at Maryland Realtors. She serves on many committees and chairs committees with the Mid Shore Board of Realtors. She is a member of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, Maritime Museum, Easton Rotary, Historical Society, Chesapeake Women's Network and "Project Idlewild", a local effort to build a children's playground at Idlewild Park.
