For over 25 years, Chrys has been successfully assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condominiums and luxurious estates. Although she has achieved honorary recognition as a Previews Estates Director and Director of International Division at Coldwell Banker, she specializes in properties in all price ranges. Chrys is an expert in the entire Westside, especially in the communities of Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Westwood. She consistently uses discretion in representing prominent clients in the sale of properties.
January 2004, Chrys Stamatis was the #1 Coldwell Banker agent for the Greater Los Angeles Region. She had a volume of transactions exceeding more than $23 million in the first quarter of 2004. She closed 2004 achieving the prestigious status of Society of Excellence, the highest recognition Internationally for the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker. Chrys is also recognized as one of the Top 100 Agents for Coldwell Banker in Southern California and one of the Top 50 Agents for the Westside/South Bay Region.
2005 and 2006 continued to be outstanding and productive years. Chrys has maintained her status as being one of the top agents in her office. She has continued to put the wants and needs of her clients as top priorities.
In the Spring of 2007, Chrys is working internationally with clients. She currently has an estate listed for $3,395,000 in Cuernavaca, Mexico. She recently met in Paris with the international Director of Europe for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, to discuss other property listings outside the United States.

Recently Chrys had the highest sale for Coldwell Banker by representing the buyer for a parcel of land in Beverly Hills with an asking price of $38,000,000.
