Catherine Rubio

Catherine Rubio is a real estate sales person at Coldwell Banker Elite, a residential real estate and commercial brokerage firm. She averages annual property listings and purchases between $7 million and $10 million earning her numerous awards and designations.

Catherine is a native of Maryland who spent several years living in Florida with her husband and children before landing in Virginia. In 1998 they settled in Stafford County and Catherine quickly realized real estate was her calling. She signed on with the #1 brokerage, Coldwell Banker Elite in 2002 and has remained loyal ever since.

Being a USAA member since 1985, Catherine is very proud of the military veteran‰Ûªs in her family including her father (Army), father in-law (Army retired), 3 brother in-laws (Army & Marine Corp) and son in-law (Airforce). She takes great pride in serving those that serve our county.
