Our focus on our local markets is The Loop, The West Loop, The South Loop, River North, River West, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Logan Square and The Gold Coast in Chicago.
A Houston native, prior to real estate, Craig began a career in sales in the investment insurance industry. Breaking down a few barriers, he then made a move to The Mary Kay company and became the first man in history to win the coveted pink Cadillac . In 1996 real estate became a career choice that is still a passion today.
Along the way, many transactions have been career changing however none quite like winning the listing for The Ritz-Carlton Residences , Chicago.
Craig is a resident of the South Loop and a broker with the Coldwell Banker Gold Coast office on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
Milestones
As Managing Broker of Keller Williams' Chicago Gold Coast Office from 2007-2012, I led efforts that increased agent production and office profitability during one of the most challenging periods in real estate history
As Vice President of Luxury at Coldwell Banker from 2015 through 2021, I oversaw a multimillion dollar budget and developed breakthrough marketing plans that spread our business globally and in 2020 alone generated 33,000 sales averaging $1.9M, and totaling $168M a day!
