Cathy Lakey has been helping people hit home runs in buying and selling homes for many years. Part of a family that loves baseball, it's not surprising that she sees commonality between achievement on a baseball diamond and achievement in her profession.
Her "secret" to success is pretty much the same as that of the big-league sluggers -- lots of hard work, preparation, continuous improvement, and never settling for mediocrity. She stays on top of the latest trends in real estate marketing and seeks opportunities for ongoing education in her field.
Cathy holds the coveted CRS designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS. As such, she is one of an elite group comprising only 3 percent of REALTORS nationwide who have met the education and production requirements to earn this designation. The Certified Residential Specialist designation has been referred to by some in the business as "like having a doctorate degree in real estate."

A resident of The Woodlands and Kingwood since 1998, having raised children in local schools and athletics, Cathy knows the community well.

While Cathy personally serves the greater Houston market area, she offers referral services to outstanding real estate professionals worldwide.
