Candice Burtis Stafford is a number one producing agent in Coldwell Banker's Bedford NY office. She is the recepient of The International Diamond Society Award in 2014 & 2016 and ranked in the top 11% of real estate sales agents nationwide. Candice specializes in the communities of Bedford, Pound Ridge, Katonah, Somers, South Salem, North Salem, Armonk & Chappaqua. Her extensive real estate knowledge ranges from luxury estates to starter homes. She is a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (HGMLS), National Association Of Realtors (NAR), and New York State Association Of Realtors (NYSAR). Candice is a third-generation native of Westchester County, New York. Having lived in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut as well, she has first-hand knowledge of both Westchester and the immediate surrounding areas. Candice has roots in commercial real estate, having worked for a developer, Park Tower Realty Corporation, from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. A Bedford resident since 1994, she has developed extensive knowledge of the town and neighboring communities and has also cultivated strong working relationships with local architects, builders and designers.
