Beverly started in 1980 as a Realtor with Century 21 in Glencoe. In addition to being one of the top producers in her office, she trained in relocation, working with clients from all over the world. In 1988, she joined Cyrus Realtors, and in 1997, Cyrus became part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Marshall practiced law in Chicago for 26 years before joining Beverly in real estate sales in October, 1992. Since that time they have worked together as a real estate team, selling over 1100+ North Shore homes, totaling $500,000,000+ in sales. Their consistent sales record has placed Beverly and Marshall in the top 1% of real estate agents internationally.
Winnetka residents for 47 years, Beverly and Marshall were born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Senn High School. Beverly attended the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and received her BA in Education from National-Louis University. Marshall received his BS in Political Science from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from DePaul University Law School.
