BIO: When Amy was a Girl Scout, she wanted to sell more cookies than anyone, so she devised a plan to go door-to-door during the Dallas Cowboys playoff season and sell to the people attending neighborhood football parties. Her strategy worked, and a career in sales was born. She was ten. Thirty plus years later, Amy is still a big supporter of Girl Scouts.

After college, Amy held other successful sales positions before finding her niche in residential real estate. She went to work for a custom home builder where she quickly became the top salesperson company-wide. Seeing a need for fresh energy in the industry, Amy decided to become a residential Realtor. She hit the ground running and was the Worldwide Rookie of the Year her first year.

Amy is most well-known for being an energetic listing specialist with an uncanny ability to present homes so they will sell for more. 'I like to use the example of going to Tiffany & Co,' Amy said. 'In theory, you're buying silver earrings, but what you're really paying for is the little blue box and satin bow. I market my listings the same way so buyers are drawn to the home.'
